Client Liaison Officer - Financial Services Gauteng


A prominent financial services provider has an exciting career opportunity available for a CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER, to join their dynamic business team in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. This is a permanent position which offers a market related salary structure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Resume with a Subtitle
  • Minimum matric with a tertiary qualification advantageous.

  • Minimum RE5 certification and NQF level 5 qualification is essential to the role.

  • Applicable Class of Business certification in health and medical aid products and its’ relevant disciplines as per the FSCA.

  • Valid CMS accreditation and certificate is a must.

  • Minimum 7 years’ applicable experience in the financial services industry.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with an in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including but not limited to medical aid products, hospital plans, medical insurance, pension funds and group life plans.

  • Strong and proven experience in customer care, business development, networking and prospecting and financial compliance.

  • Proven business success (new business) whilst working in a target driven environment.

  • Solid experience and logistical knowledge of Gauteng as business landscape.

  • The ability to build multi-level business relations with various stakeholders.

  • The ability to manage and perform independently.

  • Tenacious and driven.

  • Fluent in English: speak read and write, plus additional languages such as Zulu, Sotho and Venda advantageous.

  • Fully competent in the MS Office programme, with strong experience in report writing.

  • Trustworthy and ethical with a strong sense of accountability.

  • Valid driver’s license. Own reliable transport advantageous.
